FlightForward Development Update
August 3, 2009
FlightForward development continues to progress, with the latest development versions undergoing internal testing on a weekly basis. These versions are performing very well on Microsoft Windows 7, due for release in October 2009. Customers interested in Microsoft's latest operating system should note that a separate hosting solution is available but not required. FlightForward will be fully supported under Windows XP (32 bit), Vista and Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit).
In direct response to attendee feedback at the 2009 Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, we are pleased to announce that FlightForward will ship with an integrated, international airport and vendor database from Universal Weather & Aviation. We feel certain that our customers will find this data integration invaluable and look forward to more industry feedback such as this during our beta test.
FlightForward's beta test cycle is scheduled for later this year. If you or your flight department is interested in shaping the feature set FlightForward delivers, please contact us.
Finally, CodeForward plans to exhibit at the 2010 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in San Antonio. Members of our Customer Relations and Development teams will be on hand to provide demonstrations and answer questions about FlightForward.
Update: In favor of maintaining our development timeline, CodeForward elected not to attend the 2010 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in San Antonio. Please watch this space for further updates on our progress.
